Zero Abandoned Pets Solutions (ZAPS) does NOT sell, book, manage, or charge for animal flights or airline cargo flights.
ZAPS provides administrative, regulatory, and pre-relocation coordination services only.
International flights and airline cargo bookings are always contracted and paid directly by the pet owner to licensed airlines or cargo agents.
Zero Abandoned Pets Solutions manages the full administrative and regulatory preparation required for international pet relocation.
This includes documentation, permits, veterinary coordination, regulatory compliance, timelines, and preparation for customs clearance.
International flights, airline cargo bookings, and destination customs clearance fees are not included and are contracted and paid directly by the pet owner to licensed providers.
Pet import regulations, arrival procedures, veterinary inspections, quarantine requirements, and any associated fees are determined exclusively by the authorities of the destination country.
The Client expressly acknowledges that certain destination countries impose mandatory arrival charges, including but not limited to veterinary inspections, handling fees, storage costs, or quarantine-related expenses. These charges may apply regardless of the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the preparation carried out prior to travel.
Such arrival charges are not included in ZAPS services, are independent from ZAPS, and must be paid directly by the Client to the relevant authorities, airport operators, quarantine facilities, or appointed agents at the destination.
ZAPS does not advance, collect, guarantee, or control any arrival fees, inspection costs, quarantine charges, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country.
The Client further acknowledges that for certain destinations, including but not limited to countries requiring mandatory quarantine or operating under limited quarantine capacity, the availability of an officially confirmed quarantine slot constitutes a strict condition precedent to the feasibility of the relocation.
In the absence of a confirmed quarantine reservation issued by the competent authorities of the destination country, ZAPS reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate the relocation process without liability.
ZAPS shall not be held responsible for delays, additional costs, refusal of entry, quarantine extensions, or regulatory changes imposed by destination authorities, including any last-minute changes beyond ZAPS’ reasonable control.
